In order to secure your appointment a holding deposit of $240 will need to be paid.
Once this is received we can arrange your first GP Appointment (15 mins with our nurse and 45 mins in person with Dr Elly).
Before this appointment we will send you
questionnaires that will need to be completed prior to our first meeting.
This gives me a chance
to
review everything before we meet
