ADHD screener

Are you curious about whether you may have ADHD? Maybe someone close to you has been diagnosed and you see a lot of these personality traits in yourself? 

The following questions have been found to be predictive of symptoms consistent with ADHD. Please note that women often present with atypical signs and we would encourage women who score 2 and above to still consider further review if they are concerned. 

If you score more 4 or more points below you may have signs of ADHD and we would recommend seeking further assesment. We offer ADHD management services via our ADHD GP clinic. 

This service is designed to assist in assessing whether you have signs of ADHD and to link you in with further diagnostic assistance. The service does not provide for initial prescriptions for psychostimulants but we are happy to continue to proescribe once your diagnosis is confirmed by a psychaitrist. ADHD medication management in adults can only be started by a psychiatrist and psychiatry management is not a part of this service.

We aim to help our patients establish whether they fit the diagnostic criteria for ADHD, and if so to assist them is finding further options to manage their condition. We also help with non-phamracological ADHD management and is managing ADHD as a part of your ongoing health. 

A score of 4 or more above indicates symptoms consistent with ADHD in adults and we would recommend making an ADHD assesment appointnent to discuss this further.
